Faith was put into a rather uncomfortable and unwanted situation with the tension between Cordelia and Buffy. Now wasnt the time to get all cat-fighty. She looked over at Angel and the bleeding gaping wound in his stomach.

She didnt talk, just listened to what Cordelia had to say. Then she said that Buffy was going to let Dracula do whatever he wanted. Faith immediatly looked at Cordelia, and said "What? How the hell do you know that? Why would B do that? I know you have visions and all, but..." Faith couldnt believe it. She knew Buffy let Dracula bite her before, but that was different. He had some kind of power over Buffy then. "But Buffy kicked his ass. How can he be back" She looked over at Giles, trying to see if he understood it anymore than she did.

Faith did care about Buffy, whether she admitted it or not. Buffy was like a sister to her. A bossy, sometimes bitchy, sister. Nonetheless, Faith wasnt about to believe Buffy'd just let some vampire do whatever the hell he wanted.

"So... Faith any ideas on what you and I can do to fix this before it spirals out of control?" Faith didnt know what to say. "We have to tell B. But first, we have to help Angel. Wait a sec... Do you think Dracula did this to him?" She thought back to the hour before, when Angel had stumbled towards her, Carrie, and Spike in the park. "No... I dont think it was him. I didnt sense any vamps, other than Spike that is. I would have noticed a vampire like Dracula walking around." Faith was thinking too hard, and strategy was never her strong point.

I'm not saying she wanted to .. i'm saying that he made her or whatever... I can't tell the why... just the what." she shook her head as she pressed the clean rags to Angel's stomach.

"All I know is that he is alive... in a dead, alive sort of way and that he wants what he came her for before... Buffy." she said to her. 'But Buffy kicked his ass. How can he be back' she looked over at Giles. "Gile's... need some of those great words of wisdom right now." she said to him with a grin.

'We have to tell B. But first, we have to help Angel. Wait a sec... Do you think Dracula did this to him...No... I dont think it was him. I didnt sense any vamps, other than Spike that is. I would have noticed a vampire like Dracula walking around' she said as Cordy agreed. "I don't think that he is here yet because I believe we would have seen something strange happening... well... besides what did this to Angel. This... is... definately strange." she looked down at him worried. "Isn't there anything else we can do for him?" she asked them both as she held the rag on there hard to stop the bleeding and hopefully his vamp power thing would take over and start the good old healing process.

"Faith...we have to protect Buffy... we can't let her alone with that.. that thing because we don't know what all he can actually do." she said to her. "We need all the research we can find on him... oh.. and Gile's a way to actually kill him.. dead-er would be great too." she added as she closed her eyes and tried to relax her mind. The headache was lessening but her nerves from worrying about Angel was taking it's toll and her hiding her feelings wasn't helping anything either...

Angelus absolutely adored the attention he was recieving. They were all so wrapped up in caring for 'Angel', they couldnt even see it wasnt him! Spectacular. But boring. The gaping hole in his stomach was slowly getting better, but not fast enough. If he tried to make a scene now, he might just get a stake shoved in his... Cordelia.

Cordelia had just walked through the door. This might ruin his plans. Cordelia'd know for sure his soul was gone. Wait... Cordelia kissed him on the forehead. She had no idea! This was all too perfect.

Once Buffy and Cordelia left the room, it was only Giles and Faith left. And the young Slayer. She'd be a nice snack. But no, not yet.

Angelus was getting frightfully tired of laying on the couch, doing nothing. He'd always been the one willing to wait for days, weeks, sometimes years to get the full experience of stalking, killing, or torturing someone. Especially the lovely women Angel cared about.

Ok, he'd had enough.

Angelus slowly sat up. "I... have... to... go." He winced as his wound stretched a little. He couldnt take the chance that they'd stop him before he left, so he quickly moved over to the door. "I have t-" he winced again, this time it hurt more. He shouldn't have stabbed so deep. "I have to find the thing that did this, before it finds Buffy." He opened and ran outside, towards the church a few streets down.

Buffy sat on the porch thinking about everything that was going on. She did not understand why Cordelia was acting so different. Could she really have changed from the snobby rich girl of Sunnydale High to someone who cared about helping those in need. A stretch, Buffy thought, but possible. Sighing, she wiped the tears from her face her sleeves.

She couldn't stay there all night, she had to keep moving. Moping wasn't going to save Angel. Buffy abruptly stood and started pacing, moving around should get her mind working. As she crossed the lawn, making her way to the front of the house, she heard the door behind her open and close. She figured that it was probably Dawn, using her chore of taking the garbage out as a casual attempt at eavesdropping. Hearing a noise decending from the front door, Buffy picked up her pace to see what was up.

The streetlights cast a dim glow on the road below and as Buffy walked up the stairs of the porch, she saw something move out of the corner of her eye. Turning quickly, she almost fell. She braced herself against the column to her right, and looked toward the end of the driveway where the shadow of a familiar man stood. She felt something on her hand; warm and sticky. Buffy lifted her hand and rubbed her fingers together...it was blood.

Buffy looked back up toward the mailbox and the shadow had gone. She quickly turned around and opened the door. She re-entered the living room and looked down at an empty couch. "Angel," she whispered to herself, "God, what on earth happened."

((OoC- Not much dialogue, but I had to post))

((OMG, soooo sorry for not having posted in like, forever. lol. Carrie's been like doing nothing! lol. I'll try to get up to speed on what's up. lol.))

Carrie just sat there and didn't speak. She didn't do much of anything. She didn't really want to get in the way of them, and helping Angel.

She watched as a new person came in, Cordelia. She seemed to know Angel rather well too, and she had a feeling that they were close.

Cordelia and Buffy left the room, leaving Giles, Faith, and Carrie alone with Angel. She couldn't think of anything to say, so she still sat in silence. She leaned back in the chair and crossed her arms. She looked over at the wall then back to the others.

Angel began to sit up and she sat forward. As he got up and left she looked over to Faith. "Should he be leaving?" She asked her. Not much later Buffy returned and walked over to the couch. She stood up and stretched her arms a little. "Ok, so what now?"

Cordelia sighed and thought she heard the front door but then shook her head, thinking she was just wishing she heard it. The she heard it again a few moments later. "What is this... Grand Central?" she said as she stood up and stretched and then opened the door, walking back into the living room to see an empty spot where it should not be empyty.

"Ok...what is wrong with this picture here?" she looked around the room. "Where... is Angel?" she asked, almost in a panic. "You let him leave? Hurt and alone?" she said as she rolled her eyes. "My God, who are you people? And you thought I was the b*tch here?" she said as she walked to the door and opened it up, looking outside for a sign of which way he went.

"Ok... deep breath Cordy.. breathe..."... she said as she closed her eyes and tried to force a vision. "Oh h*ll, what good are these things if I can't use them when I need them." she said as she threw up her hands and sat down where he was. "Something... anything even. Hello...powers that be...knock knock." she added as she looked up at everyone.

"I get nothing... another plan would be good here guys." she said to them as she wondered why Angel would leave without getting her... or maybe he didn't know...either way, she wanted to find him and make sure that he was alright... and tell him about the whole creepy vision thingie she saw in LA...
